"When we were looking for a builder we saw a house being renovated nearby that APM Design and Construction were building. We liked the look of the work they were doing so we contacted them to ask for advice on our renovation. Our house was about 30 years old and not in good shape. We had some ideas on what we wanted done and ran these past Andrew. Andrew offered his ideas and we eventually came up with the design. We obtained two other quotes which were all in the same ball park. "We have nothing but praise for the way Andrew went about building our house. Whatever the issue outside Andrew's control, including the worst wet season in years which resulted in our access road being washed away, Andrew always remained calm and promptly found the solution. Building a remote house of quality was always going to be a little intimidating, but the experience turned out to be one of the best we have had. Of particular benefit is Andrew's business model – we bought a "working house" so we did not have to worry about anything other than making decisions on finishings.
